PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nerve stimulation device suppressing failure due to application of too much test stimulation.SOLUTION: There is provided a nerve stimulation device which is left in a living body to provide electric stimulation to nerve. The nerve stimulation device comprises: a nerve stimulation electrode comprising a stimulation electrode applying electric stimulation to nerve and a lead part 21 connected to the stimulation electrode at one end part a stimulation generation device 10 connected to the other end part of the lead part and generating a nerve stimulation signal for applying electric stimulation and a test stimulation button 15 causing the stimulation generation device to generate a test stimulation signal for specifying the left position of the stimulation electrode upon being operated.
