PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical stimulation device that can enhance the effect on a muscle by electrical stimulation.SOLUTION: An electrical stimulation device is provided with a teaching unit (53), a control unit (51) and a first electrode unit (30). The teaching unit teaches a user an operation timing indicating the start timing of operation. The control unit outputs a stimulation control signal (SX) to the first electrode unit on the basis of the operation timing.
