The invention relates to a multifunction electric toothbrush that cleans the 6 surfaces of the teeth simultaneously along the 5 brushes thereof and moves toothpaste and water by means of brushing alone or in combination with pressurized water jets. Said toothbrush allows qualitative brushing of an entire set of teeth in less than 30 seconds, across the entire distance from the gum to the ends of the teeth, regardless of the tooth surface being brushed. Said complete device includes: - a generator (1)； - two 5-brush units (2a-2b)； and - a tap water supply kit (3). The generator contains: - a mechanism for coupling with the brush units at four points； - a motor (6) for dual drive to the opposite outlets (7) (10)； and - a pump (11) for air sent into an air supply (12) which is pressurized against a flexible bladder (14) for pushing the liquids from the supplies (13) thereof into the pipe (18) directed towards the brush units.
