A monomer represented by a following formula (I). A polymer compound having a constitutional unit derived from the monomer represented by the following formula (I), and a constitutional unit derived from a monomer represented by a following formula (II). A manufacturing method of a 6-deoxy-6-radioactive iodine-D-glucose reacting the polymer compound with radioactive iodine ions, and cutting out the compounds labeled with radioactive iodine from the polymer compound. P1 and P2 is a polymerizable group, L1 and L2 is a single bond or a linking group, R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group, a haloalkyl group, a cyano group, or a halogen atom, k is an integer of 0 to 4, R2 to R5 is an alkyl group, or an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms. Y2 is a residue of a phase transfer catalyst.一種具有從下述式(I)所示單體而衍生之結構單元與從下述式(II)所示單體而衍生之結構單元的高分子化合物。一種6-去氧-6-放射性碘-D-葡萄糖之製造方法,其特徵在於使該高分子化合物與放射性碘離子反應,並從高分子化合物分出經放射性碘標記之化合物。P1及P2為聚合性基,L1及L2為單鍵或連結基,R1為碳數1~8之烷基、烷氧基、鹵烷基、氰基、或鹵素原子,k為0~4之整數,R2~R5為碳數1~8之烷基、或非取代或者取代之苯基。Y2為相轉移催化劑之殘基。
