PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine having a backrest part, in which a massaging treatment piece does not contact a body of a user even when a user leans on a backrest part, and which gives an excellent sitting feeling to a user even when a user is seated on the massage machine for only leaning on the backrest part.SOLUTION: A massage machine 1 of the invention comprises: a backrest part 3； a back part massage mechanism 7 arranged inside of the backrest part 3； and a first guide rail 11 arranged inside of the backrest part 3 and vertically guiding the back rest massage mechanism 7.
