PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine which is inexpensive, has high production efficiency, and suppresses play of a massage unit in longitudinal and cross directions.SOLUTION: The massage machine 1 includes: a seat 3 a backrest 4 provided to the rear of the seat 3 and having a pair of right and left guide rails 30 extending upward and downward inside and a massage unit M provided within the backrest 4 in a vertically movable manner. The massage unit M consists of: a massage unit body 10 supporting a treatment mechanism 9 and parts to be guided 12 provided to both sides of the massage unit body 10.
