An effervescent formulation comprising a low-melting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and an effervescent couple comprising: (a) a granular composition comprising a plurality of solidified melt granules of the (NSAID) with either an acidic or a basic component of the effervescent couple uniformly dispersed therein and (b) an extra-granular composition comprising the other of the basic or acidic component of the effervescent couple.Linvention concerne une formulation effervescente contenant un anti-inflammatoire non stéroïdien à faible point de fusion, et un couple effervescent composé (a) dune composition granulaire comportant une pluralité de granulés fondus solidifiés de lanti-inflammatoire non stéroïdien, un composant acide ou basique du couple effervescent étant uniformément dispersé dans ladite composition, et (b) dune composition extra-granulaire comportant lautre composant acide ou basique du couple effervescent.
