The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-emulsion by mixing (A) an oil part composed of ceramide or its derivative, cholesterol, a non-ionic surfactant, phospholipid, and polyol (B) a fragrance part composed of a fragrance component, a non-ionic surfactant, and alcohol and (C)an aqueous part composed of polyol and other water-soluble efficacy components. According to the present invention, it was confirmed that, in cases where a nano-emulsion is prepared by the method of the present invention, the non-ionic surfactant is used without a high-pressure emulsification procedure, and thus the process time and costs can be reduced and the nano-emulsion is more stable against the temperature change than other solubilizing formulations, and then the present invention has been completed.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer une nano-émulsion en mélangeant (A) une partie dhuile composée de céramide ou son dérivé, de cholestérol, dun tensioactif non-ionique, de phospholipide, et de polyol (B) une partie de parfum composée dun constituant de parfum, dun tensioactif non-ionique et dalcool et (C) une partie aqueuse composée de polyol et dautres constituants efficaces solubles dans leau. Selon la présente invention, il a été confirmé que, dans les cas où une nano-émulsion est préparée par le procédé de la présente invention, le tensioactif non-ionique est utilisé sans procédure démulsification à haute pression. Le temps et les coûts de traitement peuvent donc être réduits et, en cas de changement de température, la nano-émulsion est plus stable que dautres formulations de solubilisation, et la présente invention est alors réalisée.본 발명은 세라마이드 또는 그 유도체, 콜레스테롤, 비이온성 계면활성제, 인지질, 폴리올로 조성된 유상부(A), 향 성분, 비이온성 계면활성제, 알코올로 조성된 향 파트(B) 및 폴리올, 기타 수용성 효능성분으로 조성된 수상부(C)를 혼합하여 제조되는 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 제조방법으로 나노 에멀젼를 제조할 경우, 고압유화 과정 없이 비이온성 계면활성제를 사용하기 때문에 공정시간 및 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 가용화 제형보다 온도변화에 안정하다는 것을 확인하고 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
