PURPOSE: A health functional food composition for curing and preventing cancer is provided to secure the excellent anti-cancer effect by containing a mixed extract of phellinus linteus mycelia and tissue cultured mountain ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A health functional food composition for curing and preventing cancer contains a mixed extract including phellinus linteus mycelia powder and tissue cultured mountain ginseng in a ratio of 1~5:1 as an active ingredient. The mixed extract is obtained by using water, an organic solvent, or their mixture. The organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of C1~C4 alcohol, ethyl acetate, methylene chloride, and chloroform.본 발명은 상황버섯 균사체와 산삼 배양근 혼합 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 개선용 건강기능 식품 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 상황버섯 균사체와 산삼 배양근 혼합 추출물은 상황버섯 균사체와 산삼 배양근을 1:1 내지 5:1의 중량비율로 혼합함으로써 상황버섯 또는 산삼 단독 추출물보다 우수한 항암효과를 나타내며, 특히 상황버섯 균사체와 산삼 배양근을 3:1의 중량비율로 혼합하는 경우에 가장 우수한 항암 효과를 나타내는바, 이는 현재 항암제로 널리 사용되는 탁솔의 항암 효과보다도 우수하므로 본 발명에 따른 상황버섯 균사체와 산삼 배양근 혼합 추출물은 암의 예방 또는 개선을 위한 건강기능 식품 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 암의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
