PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that since a levee forming part of a conventional ridge forming machine forms a levee by one cone, it cannot maintain an angle corresponding to height and properties of mound by water content and soil properties.SOLUTION: This levee forming machine comprises a pretreatment part 4 which is attached to the rear end of a travel machine, which is equipped with a digging claw and which piles up soil by a tilling rotor, and the levee forming part 3 which forms the soil, piled up by the pretreatment part 4, into a levee.
