PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible cable capable of transmitting its rotation while keeping its flexibility.SOLUTION: At the center of a flexible outer tube 63, a flexible inner wire 64, wherein both ends serve as an input end and an output end of rotation individually, is supported rotationally by a plurality of rolling bearings 66. Between the adjacent rolling bearings 66, spring elements 67A and 67B giving a preload to the rolling bearings 66 are arranged. The spring elements comprises the spring elements 67A for inner rings for giving a preload to the inner rings of the rolling bearings 66, and the spring elements 67B for outer ring for giving a preload to outer rings.
