PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a savory pancake which can be easily cut and divided with chopsticks without spoilage of the original appearance and a mold form for savory pancake.SOLUTION: The savory pancake includes a body 12 of heated dough having a hole 20 at the center. Preferably the hole 20 has a diameter of 20 to 40% of the outer diameter of the body 12.
