The multi-purpose article has a two-piece article comprising a cylindrical output part and a removable waterproof inner part. A circular aperture is formed on bottom of the two-piece article. The aperture has a waterproof closure i.e. screw type cap, provided with a gasket. An interior of the aperture is formed to fit into the outer part. An outwardly projecting rim rests on the outer part, where the inner part is connected with a placing plate and the projecting rim is formed at different heights. A back side of the outer part is connected with a plate.
