The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide mud pack, capable of converting stiff texture of a mud pack, which is stiffly applied on a skin when in use, into soft and smooth texture like cream. More particularly, the carbon dioxide mud pack comprises a pouch, and the pouch has a structure that two separated spaces are opened through a pressurizing opening part from the outside. In one space of the pouch, a pack composition and carbonate are accommodated, and in other space of the pouch, acid is accommodated. It is possible to store and carry the carbon dioxide mud pack such that the carbonate and the acid does not react with each other, and when in use, by opening the pressurizing opening part, the acid in one space is injected into other space. Reaction is started between the carbonate contained in the pack composition and the acid to generate carbon dioxide, and the carbon dioxide fills an inside of the pack composition.
