A method and an installation for producing flavored gas, according to which: - a container (1) containing at its bottom a liquid phase (3) containing said at least one flavor and at its upper part a gaseous phase ( 4)； the gas to be aromatized is injected (5) into the head space of the container, preferably in the vicinity of the free surface of the liquid； - Heating (2) of the liquid phase is carried out； in the upper part of the container, a portion of the gas phase which is there as charged to the said at least one aroma is drawn off (6). Un procédé et une installation de production de gaz aromatisé, selon lesquelles : - on dispose d'un récipient (1) contenant en sa partie basse une phase liquide (3) contenant ledit au moins un arôme et en sa partie haute une phase gazeuse (4) ； - on procède à l'injection (5) du gaz à aromatiser dans l'espace de tête du récipient, préférentiellement au voisinage de la surface libre du liquide ； - on procède à un chauffage (2) de la phase liquide ； - on procède, dans la partie haute du récipient, à un soutirage (6) d'une partie de la phase gaz qui s'y trouve telle que chargée en ledit au moins un arôme.
