The present invention relates to a hydroponics tool using an eco-friendly yellow soil board, which is easy to use by realizing a very simple structure while being used for direct/indirect promotional (advertising) purposes through a germinated form of plants by germinating the plants in a state where the plants are planted in the forms such as letters, numbers, shapes, patterns, etc. The hydroponics tool using an eco-friendly yellow soil board comprises: a gutter (10) which receives water and a yellow soil board (20) therein； and the yellow soil board (20) which is made of a porous material, and in which planted seeds (S) root, and into which water supplied to the seeds (S) can be permeated. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the seeds are planted on the yellow soil board in the forms (e.g., letters, numbers, shapes, patterns, etc.) and, when water is supplied to the planted seeds, the seeds root in the yellow soil board while being germinated.
