The fabric (102) has the following characteristics: (i) a liquid diffusion rate of at least 3000 mm2 within 5 minutes, (ii) a water absorption capacity of 1 gram of fabric and at least 0.25 grams of water per second. At least one of the features of wicking speed is characterized.
