The present invention relates to a thermal fomentation device using a form locking line comprising the following: an outer skin unit which includes a lower skin, an upper skin combined to the upper side of the lower skin by being overlapped, and a form locking member formed in between the lower and upper skins by maintaining a predetermined distance with the outer circumference and a heat line which is fixed in between the lower and upper skins with a predetermined pattern, and emits heat using power supplied from the outside.
