PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone anchoring plate capable of retaining anchoring force without significantly expanding a shape of a hole using a multiaxial screw.SOLUTION: A bone anchoring plate 5 includes: an upper face 2 a lower face 3 coming into contact with a treatment object site and a plurality of openings 10 in which the upper face 2 and the lower face 3 are connected. Each opening 10 includes a circular hole part 30 for receiving a screw 8, and at least three or more grooves 40 provided on an outer-side circumference of the hole part 30 at prescribed intervals apart equally. Projections 45 connected from the peripheral edge to the hole 30 of the opening 10 by the intervals of the plurality of grooves 40 are radially formed with an axial center of the hole 30 defined as a center.
