The support arm is formed as a pivoting arm that is shifted by a pivoting mechanism, such that relative position of the cutter heads is changed to each other during a pivoting operation, and/or a position of a cutting plane is stretched by the cutter heads. The pivot arm is formed in a U-base (13), and the cutter heads are mounted in the U-base.
