PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out multitasking for an operation of a manipulator and an operation not related to an operation of a manipulator.SOLUTION: A first control device 12 includes a CPU 30, and the CPU generates a control signal for controlling an operation of a manipulator 18 on the basis of a user's brain wave signal detected by a brain wave detector 22. A second control device 16 drives a motor for operating each actuator (180-188) disposed in the manipulator 18 on the basis of the control signal. By holding with both hands a board on which a ball is placed, and performing an action for moving the board, the user aims at an objective to be achieved by operating the manipulator, while rolling the ball so that it passes a prescribed mark recorded on the board.
