PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency processing system capable of quickly causing an operation target apparatus to execute an emergency process while reducing burden on an operator.SOLUTION: Biological information acquisition means (11) detects as biological information a physical reaction to an operation target apparatus (14) of an operator operating the operation target apparatus (14). Discrimination means (12) discriminates an abnormal state on the basis of the biological information and generates an abnormal state signal.
