Disclosed are a bispecific antibody for glypican-3 and a T cell antigen, a preparation method therefor and uses thereof. The antibody comprises a first functional domain for specific recognition of glypican-3, a second functional domain for specific recognition of a human T cell antigen CD3, and a joint for connecting the functional domains.
