Accordingly, work of the worker and cultivation of the crop are smoothly performed with each other in the plastic greenhouse of a hot temperature, so workability of the worker can be enhanced and the crop of a good quality can be also acquired. Moreover, the seedling raising bars can be smoothly moved, the workability and convenience are enhanced due to lowering of labor.
