PURPOSE: An end-to-side fistular anastomosing device with a divergence type drive bar is provided to anastomose a fistular rapidly and accurately. CONSTITUTION: Multiple drive bars(52) penetrate a first anastomosis ring and a second anastomosis ring. A supporting ring(54) is installed on the front end parts of the drive bars respectively. A rotating lever(20) is connected to the rear end part of a housing. Multiple internal movement bars are moved by the rotation of the rotating lever. An internal drive tube connects the first anastomosis ring and the second anastomosis ring.본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 단-측 관상기관 문합장치는, 내부가 비어있는 실린더 형상의 하우징； 상기 하우징의 내부에 고정설치되는 지지봉； 상기 지지봉의 전단에 연결되어 분기되고 제1 및 제2 문합링의 내부에 삽입되는 복수의 드라이브바； 상기 하우징의 후단부에 연결되어 상기 하우징 상에서 회전가능하며, 내주면에 암나사산이 형성된 회전레버； 상기 암나사산에 체결되는 나사산이 외측면에 형성되어 이격배치되며, 상기 회전레버의 회전에 의해 이동가능한 복수의 내부이동바； 그리고 상기 내부이동바의 전단에 연결되어 상기 드라이브바를 감싸며, 상기 내부이동바와 함께 이동하여 상기 제1 및 제2 문합링을 문합하는 내부구동관을 포함한다.
