PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position an operating table in relation to a diagnostic device easily and quickly.SOLUTION: A device of positioning the operating table includes a guide means is equipped for guiding an operating table 1 movable to a desired direction on a floor surface F of an operating room to a fixed position of the floor surface. The operating table has a base 2 put on the floor surface and a table 4 slidable in one direction on the base, and the base has a caster 5 coming into contact with the floor surface and a telescopic rod 6 to elevate the base on the floor surface in order to contact and release the caster to the floor surface, and the guiding means has a support axis 9 fitted on the floor surface vertically and a pivot arm 10 connecting to the support axis pivotally with the one end and connecting to the base with the other end, and the base is pivoted around the support axis to the fixed position through the pivot arm, and the operating table is positioned to the fixed position when the caster is released from the floor surface by the telescopic rod. The operating table is pivoted at the support axis as a fulcrum so that it can be positioned to the fixed position accurately, easily and quickly with small strength even if the operating table is heavy.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】手術台を診断機器に対して簡易かつ迅速に位置決めする。【解決手段】手術室の床面F上で所望方向に移動可能な手術台1を床面の定位置へと案内する案内手段を具備する。手術台が、床面上に置かれる基台2と、基台上で一方向にスライド可能なテーブル4とを有し、基台は、床面に接するキャスタ5と、基台を床面上で昇降させてキャスタを床面に接離させる伸縮ロッド6とを有し、案内手段は、床面に垂直に固定される支軸9と、支軸に旋回可能に一端が連結され、他端が基台に連結される旋回アーム10とを有し、基台が旋回アームを介して支軸の回りを上記定位置へと旋回せしめられ、伸縮ロッドによってキャスタが床面から離れると、手術台が定位置に位置決めされるようにした。支軸を支点にして手術台を旋回させるので、重い手術台であっても小さな力で簡易かつ迅速に定位置に正確に位置決めすることができる。【選択図】図1
