The present invention relates to the use of a composition that comprises: at least one alkylglycerol at least one inhibitor of the biosynthesis of polyamines a carrier lean in biologically "active" polyamines and optionally at least one antitumor agent as a combination preparation for a simultaneous, separated or time-spread use, for making a drug for treating pathologies associated with angiogenesis dysfunction and/or tumor pathologies, wherein the total amount of biologically active polyamines ingested per day by the human or animal to whom said drug is administered does not exceed 30 nanomoles per kcal of ingested product, in particular 25 nanomoles per kcal of ingested product, more particularly 23 nanomoles per kcal of ingested product, and more particularly 20 nanomoles per kcal of ingested product.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dune composition contenant : au moins un alkylglycérol au moins un inhibiteur de la biosynthèse des poIyamines un excipient appauvri en polyamines biologiquement «actives» et éventuellement au moins un agent antitumoral, comme préparation de combinaison pour une utilisation simultanée, séparée ou étalée dans le temps, pour la fabrication dun médicament destiné au traitement de pathologies associées à un dysfonctionnement de langiogénèse, et / ou de pathologies tumorales, la quantité totale de polyamines bio logiquement «actives» ingérées par jour par lhomme ou lanimal, auquel le susdit médicament est administré, ne dépassant pas 30 nano moles par kcal de produit ingéré, notamment 25 nano moles par kcal de produit ingéré, notamment 23 nano moles par kcal de produit ingéré, notamment 20 nano moles par kcal de produit ingéré.
