PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing distortion of a projection image in X-ray photography.SOLUTION: A medical X-ray photographing apparatus 1 includes: a rotating arm 30 which supports an X-ray generator 10a and an X-ray detector 21 that face each other with a head part M10 in between and a rotating part 201 which rotates the rotating arm 30 about a rotating shaft 31 relative to the head part M10.
