PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing an influence of scattered rays during cephalometric radiography while achieving space saving of a medical X-ray imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: A medical X-ray imaging apparatus 1 is configured to execute panoramic X-ray imaging and CT imaging when a first detector 30 receives an X-ray beam B1, and execute cephalometric radiography when a second detector 56 receives the X-ray beam B1. The medical X-ray imaging apparatus 1 comprises: a turning arm drive control section 71 for controlling a turning drive part 167 so that a first detector storage part 3 is positioned between a generator 20 and the second detector 56 during the cephalometric radiography and a retreat movement mechanism 32 for moving the first detector 30 between a light reception position DTP and a retreat position EVP. The first detector storage part 3 comprises: a head imaging collimator 34 for restricting the spread of the X-ray beam B1 from the generator 20 toward the second detector 56 and transmission allowing parts RL1, RL2 each constituting an exterior portion of the first detector storage part 3 for transmitting the X-ray beam B1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】医療用X線撮影装置の省スペース化を図りつつ頭部X線規格撮影時に散乱線の影響を低減できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】 医療用X線撮影装置1は、第1検出器30がX線ビームB1を受けてパノラマX線撮影及びCT撮影を実行し、並びに、第2検出器56がX線ビームB1を受けて頭部X線規格撮影を実行するように構成されている。医療用X線撮影装置1は、頭部X線規格撮影の際、第1検出器収容部3が発生器20と第2検出器56との間に位置するように旋回駆動部167を制御する旋回アーム駆動制御部71と、第1検出器30を受光位置DTPと待避位置EVPとの間で移動させる待避移動機構32を備える。第1検出器収容部3は、発生器20から第2検出器56に向かうX線ビームB1の広がりを規制する頭部撮影用コリメータ34と、第1検出器収容部3の外装部を構成しており、X線ビームB1を透過させる透過許容部RL1,RL2とを備える。【選択図】図3
