The present invention relates to a method for producing Siler divaricata ark clam porridge, and to Siler divaricata ark clam porridge produced thereby. The method comprises the steps of: parboiling Siler divaricata, trimming the same coarsely, dicing ark clams, and preparing steamed rice; (S2) producing natural seasonings by pulverizing ark clams, dry shrimp, and dry shiitake; (S3) applying sesame oil on a heated pot, and mixing and roasting the Siler divaricata prepared in step (S1) and crushed garlic at a weight ratio of 4.2 to 3.8:1; (S4) adding water and the natural seasoning prepared in step (s2) to the roasted Siler divaricata and garlic of step (S3), and boiling the same; (S5) adding rice powder in the amount which is 1.8 to 2.2 weight times with respect to the weight of the Siler divaricata, and boiling the same, when the mixture of step (S4) is boiled; (S6) adding the ark clams and steamed rice prepared in step (S1) respectively in the amounts of 2.3 to 2.8 weight times and 3.8 to 4.2 weight times with respect to the weight of the Siler divaricata, and boiling the same; and (S7) producing Siler divaricata ark clam porridge by seasoning the food by salt. According to the present invention, a large quantity of iron and Siler divaricata having blood circulation improvement and fever reducing functions are contained, and functions are added by using ark clams having fatigue relieving and hangover alleviating effects.
