The present invention relates to coated chewable product that may provideseparate and distinct textures and hardness levels in different segments ofthe product. More specifically, in some embodiments, the present inventionprovides a chewable confectionery product including: a dissolvable tabletcore, which includes a first flavor； and a coating surrounding the tabletcore, which includes a second flavor. The first flavor is different from thesecond flavor. Upon consumption, the confectionery product may provide asequential release of the two different flavors.
