The present invention provides a method for measuring blood glucose by using a non-blood-collecting blood glucose measuring device having a momentum measuring function. The method comprises the steps of: (S10) measuring an impedance of tissue liquid extracted from the surface of skin by using a blood glucose measuring unit of the non-blood-collecting blood glucose measuring device having a momentum measuring function, and then measuring a blood glucose amount of the tissue liquid from the measured impedance； (S20) measuring a momentum amount of a user by using a momentum amount measuring unit of the non-blood-collecting blood glucose measuring device having a momentum measuring function, and calculating a blood glucose change amount in accordance with a measured momentum amount； and (S30) calculating an anticipated blood glucose amount by comparing the calculated blood glucose change amount and the measured blood glucose amount.
