The present invention provides a novel combined nanostructured lipid carrier, which is an O/F/W-type complex nanostructured lipid carrier containing capryloyl salicylic acid fabricated by using a mixing material of liquid lipid and solid lipid, wherein this novel combined nanostructured lipid carrier has the advantages of high encapsulation (55.76%), high drug-loading rate, high stability (zeta-potential=40.31 mV), low toxicity, and excellent drug-eluting property.
