Some embodiments of the application are related to the multivesicular liposome preparation comprising tranexamic acid (TXA), it is therefore an objective to minimize the side effect of unencapsulated tranexamic acid, while maintain or improving the duration of effect and extension effect. The method of the multivesicular liposome preparation of preparation and application encapsulation tranexamic acid and its purposes as drug are also provided.
