The present invention provides a ombined nanostructured lipid carrier, which is an O/F/W-type complex nanostructured lipid carrier containing Kopcinol fabricated by using a mixing material of liquid lipid and solid lipid, wherein this combined nanostructured lipid carrier has the advantages of high encapsulation (90~92%), high drug-loading rate, high stability (zeta-potential=21.4~65 mV), low toxicity, and excellent drug-eluting property.
