To provide a fixture for an insertion portion of an endoscope that can be stably quick-set without damaging the insertion portion of the endoscope. A fixture 60 of an insertion portion 23 of an endoscope 20 includes a support member 61 and a holding member 63 attached to the support member 61 so as to be elastically deformable. The holding member 63 includes a pair of arm portions 64 and 65 rotatably supported by the support member 61, a belt portion 66 positioned between the arm portions 64 and 65, a front surface of the arm portions 64 and 65, and the belt portion 66. And a holding surface 67 defined by the front surface. The holding surface 67 is formed with a plurality of protrusions 68 arranged at intervals in the extending direction, and the arm portions 64 and 65 rotate so that the front surfaces of the arm portions 64 and 65 face each other. Thus, a holding space S1 surrounded by the holding surface 67 and capable of holding the insertion portion 21 with the plurality of protrusions 68 is defined.
