A medical apparatus (1), particularly suitable for the treatment of a breast cancer, which apparatus (1) comprises: - a support (2) for a patient, such as to expose a breast in a predetermined position (20) of the support； - an imaging unit (3), configured in such a way as to provide, in use, a 3D image of the breast； - a treatment unit (4), comprising delivery means (41) of a ionizing radiation beam and configured so as to provide, in use, said beam at the breast； - a control unit (100) of said imaging unit (3) and/or treatment unit (4), configured to determine the delivery of a radiation beam with a shape dependent upon the image of the target body district supplied by said imaging unit (3).L'invention concerne un appareil médical (1 ), particulièrement approprié pour le traitement d'un cancer du sein, lequel appareil comprend : - un support (2) pour un patient, de manière à exposer un sein dans une position prédéterminée (20) du support ； - une unité d'imagerie (3), conçue de manière à fournir, lors de l'utilisation, une image 3D du sein ； - une unité de traitement (4), comprenant un moyen de distribution (41) d'un faisceau de rayonnement ionisant et conçue de façon à fournir, lors de l'utilisation, ledit faisceau au sein ； - une unité de commande (100) de ladite unité d'imagerie (3) et/ou unité de traitement (4), conçue pour déterminer la distribution d'un faisceau de rayonnement ayant une forme dépendante de l'image de la zone de corps cible fournie par ladite unité d'imagerie (3).
