The present disclosure relates to a massage head structure having angle adjustable roller, the massage head structure includes a connecting seat, an elastic piece and multiple rollers. The connecting seat includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a hollow shell is arranged on the second surface. The hollow shell has a chamber and multiple through holes communicated with the chamber. The elastic piece is accommodated in the chamber. The elastic piece includes multiple elastic arms and the respective elastic arms are arranged through the respective through holes. The respective rollers are sleeved on and linked with the respective elastic arms. An axis is defined on each roller and an adjustable angle is defined between the axis and the second surface. Thereby, angles and positions of the respective rollers could be adjusted according to a shape of the face or the body and the pressure applied thereon, and the massage head structure therefore could work more efficiently.本發明係關於一種可變化滾珠角度的按摩頭結構，此按摩頭結構包括一連接座、一彈片件及複數滾珠件，連接座具有相對的一第一面及一第二面，第二面具有一中空殼體，中空殼體內部具有一容腔及設有連通於容腔的複數透空口；彈片件容置於容腔，彈片件具有分別穿設且突出於各透空口的複數彈性臂；各滾珠件分別套接於各彈性臂且跟隨各彈性臂作動，每一滾珠件定義出一軸心線，軸心線與第二面之間形成有一可變式夾角。藉此，滾珠件可依臉部及身體的線條與所施壓力做高低起伏角度及位置之微調，以達到增加按摩頭結構之按摩效率。
