PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical transportation device and chemical transportation method which maintain a structure of preventing contamination by outside air.SOLUTION: The chemical transportation device 10 is provided with a chemical container 11 from which a chemical 11a is sucked and taken out a measuring chamber which receives the chemical 11a an elastic tube 13 interconnecting the chemical container 11 and the measuring chamber 12 a liquid feed pump 14 which rotates a rotating body 14a, around which the elastic tube 13 is wound, to transport at least a part of the gas or liquid in the elastic tube 13 to the measuring chamber 12 and an elastically contracting body 15 connected to the measuring chamber 12.
