PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection device capable of reducing an overall size of the device while reducing a chance of chemical liquid contacting a medical worker.SOLUTION: A chemical liquid container 3 includes a cylinder 10 with an introduction part 28, a piston 11 provided in the cylinder 10, and an operation member 12 connected to the piston 11 for operating the piston 11 from outside the cylinder 10. A power supply mechanism includes a pump 4 capable of supplying power to derive chemical liquid from the chemical liquid container 3 by sucking the chemical liquid stored in a storage room 10a formed between the cylinder 10 and the piston 11.
