PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable cosmetics which are excellent in properties as cosmetics, particularly a comprehensive balance including a feeling of moisturization, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing cosmetics of the invention includes mixing a first oil/water emulsion including closed vesicles each made from an amphiphile which forms the closed vesicles spontaneously, or polycondensation polymer particles each having a hydroxyl group, with a second water/oil emulsion including a surfactant which is not in a form of closed vesicles or polycondensation polymer particles.
