A device for making a bouquet of flowers, the device comprising an stationary stem support attached to a front side of the device for receiving a plurality of flower stems, a rotatable stem support for receiving ends of the flower stems, arranged at a vertical distance below the stationary stem support, wherein the rotatable stem support is rotatable around a vertical axis. The device further comprises a first drive means attached to the rotatable stem support for rotating the rotatable stem support. The stationary stem support comprises fixed bars extending outward to a front side of the device and movable bars extending in a transverse direction relative to the front side of the device. The device further comprises second drive means attached to the movable bars for moving the movable bars in the transverse direction.
