PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type diaper which hardly protrudes from an underwear, when the pants-type diaper is worn in an overlapped state to an underwear.SOLUTION: A pants-type diaper comprises: an absorbent body 10 comprising an absorber 11, a skin side nonwoven fabric 12 arranged closer to a skin side than the absorber, a non-skin side film 14 arranged closer to a non-skin side than the absorber, and an exterior nonwoven fabric 16 arranged closer to the non-skin side than the non-skin side film and belt parts each of which is arranged on each of both sides of a lateral direction, and which connect respective end parts of the absorbent body in a longitudinal direction. The belt part is jointed to the absorbent body by two pairs of junctions which are inclined to a lower side of the vertical direction and to outside of the lateral direction. A minimum value of a distance between an end on one side of the belt part and an end on the other side of the belt part in the vertical direction is 50 mm or more and 100 mm or less.
