PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent a liquid agent filled in a container from splashing and adhering to a hand or a garment when opening an ampoule container.SOLUTION: An ampoule container 10 with a label comprises an ampoule container 11 and a cylindrical heat-shrinkable label 20, and the heat-shrinkable label 20 is attached to the ampoule container 11. The ampoule container 11 includes a trunk part 12 in which a liquid agent is filled, and a head part 13 provided above the trunk part 12. The trunk part 12 and the head part 13 have a constricted shape over a boundary between them. The ampoule container is a plastic container that can be opened by cutting the container at the border (a neck part 14). The heat-shrinkable label 20 is attached from the trunk part 12 of the ampoule container 11 to at least a maximum diameter part 13b of the head part 13. A length Lof a portion from a position corresponding to the neck part 14 to a label upper end part 21 is 1/2 or greater than a bore diameter Dof an opening 15 formed by opening the ampoule container 11. The portion remains as an extension part after the opening of the ampoule container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
