A method of fixing adhesive, such as a pressure sensitive adhesive silicone, to a material is described in which the adhesive is applied directly to a material with or without the use of a support layer. The method is adapted to medical dressings and wound care having a first side which is waterproof side, which is waterproof, and a second side which has an adhesive for attachment to skin. The dressing provides both protection from moisture and infection and support. An adaptation is described as a body support system to support sagging or injured tissue. The material may be a fabric for use in clothing.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fixation dun adhésif, par exemple de la silicone autocollante sur un matériau, dans le cadre duquel ladhésif est directement appliqué sur un matériau en utilisant ou pas une couche de support. Ce procédé est adapté aux pansements médicaux et aux produits de soin des plaies possédant une première face imperméable à leau et une seconde face comportant un adhésif permettant son maintien en place sur la peau. Ledit pansement protège à la fois de lhumidité et de linfection et sert de support. Une adaptation de linvention concerne un système de support corporel visant à supporter des tissus affaissés ou lésés. Ledit matériau peut correspondre à un tissu utilisé pour les vêtements.
