PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression forming device of powder capable of manufacturing formed body of high quality having a satisfactory hardness without bringing about damage of a container with a relatively simple device constitution.SOLUTION: A compression forming device 1 includes: a mortar body 11 having a through-port 10 which is extended in the vertical direction and is utilized as a housing space of a container S an upper pestle 12 which is inserted to the through-port 10 from the upper side in the vertical direction and applies ultrasonic vibrations to powder in the container S in the through-port 10 and a lower pestle 15 which is inserted to the through-port 10 from the lower side in the vertical direction. Therein, the powder can be compressed together with the container S by the upper pestle 12 and the lower pestle 15. The lower pestle 15 is constituted so as to contain a vibrator 16 which can vibrate passively in synchronization with the ultrasonic vibrations of the upper pestle 12 and a characteristic vibration number of the vibrator 16 falls into the range of 99.0 to 99.8% of vibration frequency of the upper pestle 12.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】比較的簡単な装置構成で、容器の損傷を招かずに、充分な硬度を有する高品質の成型体を製造し得る粉体の圧縮成型装置を提供すること。【解決手段】圧縮成型装置1は、鉛直方向に延び且つ容器Sの収容空間として利用される貫通口10を有する臼体11と、貫通口10に鉛直方向の上方側から挿入され且つ貫通口10内の容器S内の粉体に超音波振動を印加する上杵12と、貫通口10に鉛直方向の下方側から挿入される下杵15とを備え、上杵12と下杵15とによって粉体を容器Sごと圧縮可能になされている。下杵15は、上杵12の超音波振動に合わせて受動的に同調して振動可能な振動体16を含んで構成されており、振動体16の固有振動数は、上杵12の振動周波数の99.0%以上で且つ99.8%以下である。【選択図】図1
