PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nerve regeneration tube which can reduce adverce effect to various kinds of neuronal cells, prevent infection to the neuronal cells, support a nerve regeneration into a tube and prevent the entering of connective tissues or fibroblasts, and to which physical properties excellent in operability during a surgery can be imparted.
SOLUTION: The nerve regeneration tube mainly consists of aliphatic polyester-based resin. The tin content of the aliphatic polyester-based resin is &le20 ppm. A period until losing &ge80% strength in a living body is &ge4 weeks to &le24 weeks, and a number average molecular weight is 100,000 to 1,000,000.
