The invention also relates to the production of low-calcium condensed milk and milk powder from the thus obtained low- calcium milk. The invention further relates to low-calcium milk, condensed milk and milk powder, and their use as a stabilising agent and/or texturizing agent in milk products, such as cooking cream, coffee cream, creme fraÊche, yogurt, sour milk, and viili.
