It is intended to provide an acid addition salt of a compound represented by the formula (1) or (2) or a crystal thereof and a process for producing the same. Such a salt or crystal has an HGFR inhibitory action and excellent physical properties (solubility, safety, etc.), therefore, it is useful as an antitumor agent for various tumors, an angiogenic inhibitor or a cancer metastasis inhibitor.
