Provided are: a whole milk powder which does not show a funny taste when dissolved in water and can reproduce a rich taste characteristic of milk that is a raw material for the whole milk powder; and a method for granulating a whole milk powder. Another problem is to provide: a whole milk powder which is highly soluble in water; and a method for granulating a whole milk powder. A method for granulating a whole milk powder, comprising: an addition step of adding ethanol to the whole milk powder; a drying step of volatilizing the ethanol that has been added; a mixing step of adding/mixing an oil or fat and an emulsifying agent to/with the dried product; and a granulation step of granulating the resultant mixture.本發明提供一種全脂奶粉及全脂奶粉之造粒方法,其全脂奶粉溶解於水之際不呈現異味,且能重現原初牛乳本來的濃醇。又,提供一種對水溶解性高的全脂奶粉及全脂奶粉之造粒方法。本發明的全脂奶粉之造粒方法,由以下步驟構成:添加步驟,將乙醇添加至全脂奶粉;乾燥步驟,使前述添加的乙醇揮發;混合步驟,將油脂與乳化劑添加至前述乾燥物並加以混合;以及造粒步驟,將前述混合物加以造粒。
